The Azerbaijan national team of junior judokas for the European Cup has been announced.
Idman.biz reports that 16 judokas will represent Azerbaijan in the competition to be held in Riga, the capital of Latvia.
The coaches in the cup are Bahadir Feyzullayev, Rustam Gasimzade (both 50 kg), Nihad Mamishov, Telman Abdullayev (both 55 kg), Mirkhalig Isgandarov, Ahmad Rustamov (both 60 kg), Said Sharifov, Salim Sultanov, Umid Gurbanov (all three 66 kg), Jasur Ibadli, Ahmad Mehdiyev (both 73 kg), Mehdi Abbasov, Ali Gazimammadov, Huseyn Eyvazli (all three 81 kg), Rasul Samadli and Subhan Akhundov (both +90 kg) will give a chance.
It should be noted that the European Cup will be held on October 21-22.
