In Warsaw, the capital of Poland, an exam was held for referees to receive the title of "A" category international referee.
Idman.biz reports that Rashad Aliyev, a member of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) referees’ panel, also participated in the exam.
The referees gave an exam on the theoretical part. Later, they gave a practical test by officiating matches at the Open European Judo tournament among seniors.
Having passed both theoretical and practical exams with high results, Rashad Aliyev received the A category high referee's license.
