The Azerbaijan Judo Championship among U-18 athletes has come to an end.
Idman.biz reports that mixed team competitions took place on the last day.
72 athletes competed for medals in 8 teams. Girls tried their strength in 48 kg, 63 kg and 63 kg, and boys in 60 kg, 81 kg and +81 kg.
The final match of the competition was held between the Baku City Specialized Olympic Reserve Children and Youth Sports School No. 13 and the Republican Specialized Olympic Reserve Children and Youth Sports School No. 1 of the Tehsil Republican Sports Center. The No. 1 Republican Specialized Olympic Reserve Children's and Youth Sports School of the Tehsil Republican Sports Center won with a score of 4:3 and won the trophy and gold medal of the team competition.
Baku Ciity Specialized Children-Youth Gymnastics School of Olympic Reserves 2 and Absheron-Khizi Regional Youth and Sports Department shared the third place.
