The members of the rhythmic gymnastics section of the Ganja, Masalli and Lankaran Olympic Sports Complex have started a training camp at the National Gymnastics Arena.
Idman.biz reports that the main goal of the preparations, which will last until November 25, is to develop gymnastics in the regions and to strengthen the training of athletes.
3 gymnasts from Masalli, 2 from Lankaran and 9 from Ganja participated in the exercises.
Artistic gymnastics coach of Masalli and Lankaran Olympic Sports Complex Marsiya Mustafazada said that 35 athletes are training under his leadership: "High conditions have been created for us here. Such training camps are very useful for improving the experience of our athletes. Our young gymnasts have represented our country in many competitions. Although we participated in a number of training camps with the Masalli team, we came to Baku for training with the Lankaran gymnasts for the first time."
