Portuguese coach Fernando Santos, who recently parted ways with the Azerbaijan national team, may continue his career in Greece.
According to Idman.biz, after parting ways with Rui Vitória, Panathinaikos is still in search of a new head coach. Greek media report that the 70-year-old Santos has now emerged as a candidate.
The experienced coach has previously managed Panathinaikos, as well as the Greece national team, PAOK, and AEK.
Fernando Santos failed to secure a single victory during his tenure with the Azerbaijan national team.
