The draw for the 2025/2026 season of the Youth League and U-17 League, organized under the AFFA banner, has been conducted.
The draw ceremony took place at AFFA’s administrative building, Idman.biz reports.
The AFFA Youth League will feature 12 teams and consist of two stages. The first stage will be held in a double round-robin format. In the second stage, teams will be divided into Groups A and B. The winner of Group A will be crowned the national champion.
The AFFA U-17 League will include 15 teams and also consist of two stages. In the first stage, Group A will have 7 teams and Group B will have 8 teams, competing in a double round-robin format. The top 4 teams from each group will advance to Group A in the second stage to compete for the championship. The remaining teams will compete in Group B. The second stage will also consist of two rounds.
The matches of the first round in both leagues will be held on September 13-14.
