– You won the away match against “Shamakhi.” What are your thoughts on the game?
– Playing in Shamakhi is very difficult for any team. It’s enough to note that we hadn’t won here for three years. Starting the season with a victory was very important for us. – Our goals haven’t changed. As always, we will fight for the top positions.
– How is your condition after the European competitions? How do you feel?
– Every member of the team wanted to progress further in the European tournaments. We worked for that. Unfortunately, we couldn’t achieve it. We had some good games, but we couldn’t go further. We must accept it and fully focus on the championship.
– Do you think “Sabah” will be stronger this season compared to last season?
– Time will tell. It’s difficult to say anything right now. I can only say that we have a good team, and with this team, we can reach our goals.
– Which teams will be tough opponents for you? Which clubs look strong this season?
– I think the league will be stronger this year. Clubs have strengthened with new players. This will also be interesting for the fans. To win, we must be 100% focused in every game.
– In the next match, you will face debutants “Imishli.” You are the favorite. Will you manage to win at home?
– Every game in the championship is difficult, and you have to give your best on the field to win. We must prepare very seriously for the match against “Imishli.” To achieve our goals in the championship, we have to play every game for the full three points.
