Another player of interest for "Neftchi" has been confirmed.
Idman.biz, citing Sport24.az, reports that the "Neftchi" now aim to start negotiations with 30-year-old Bolivian midfielder Boris Cespedes, who is currently a free agent.
The capital club had also shown interest in the player, who has 19 caps for the Bolivian national team, back in January. At that time, however, he was under contract with Swiss club Yverdon.
Neftchi plans to conclude its transfer window by adding two more players to its squad.
