Diogo Verdasca, who played for Kapaz in the 2024/2025 season, may return to the Ganja-based club.
Idman.biz, citing Sport24.az, reports that head coach Adil Shukurov would like to see the 28-year-old defender back in the squad, but negotiations have not yet been finalized.
The Portuguese player has requested a salary increase. He also stated that he is not in a hurry to make a decision about his career. Verdasca will make a final decision after evaluating other offers as well.
The player has been wearing the Kapaz jersey since September of last year.
