Neftchi aims to sign another foreign player.
Idman.biz, citing Sportal.az, reports that Neftchi is in talks to sign Igor Inocêncio from Brazilian club Villa Nova.
The 27-year-old right-back is reportedly negotiating with the Baku-based team. His current contract with Villa Nova runs until November 30.
Throughout his career, Inocêncio has played for Juventude, Coritiba, Ceara, Avai, and Ponte Preta.
