The 2024/25 Turkish Cup will come to an end today with a decisive clash between Galatasaray and Trabzonspor.
The final match will be held at the Gaziantep Stadium, where the winner will lift the coveted trophy, Idman.biz reports.
Last season, Trabzonspor narrowly lost to Besiktas 2–3 in the final. This year, the Black Sea side is determined to come out on top and secure their 10th Turkish Cup, ending a five-year title drought.
On the other side, Galatasaray are eyeing their 19th cup title. The Istanbul giants return to the final after a six-year absence, last winning the trophy in 2019 with a victory over Akhisar. Now, they’re eager to replicate that success.
