Inter have reached the Champions League final (formerly the European Cup) for the seventh time in their history.

The Milan side previously lifted the trophy in 1964, 1965, and 2010, while finishing as runners-up in 1967, 1972, and 2023.
Barcelona, on the other hand, have now missed out on the final for the 10th consecutive season. The Spanish club’s last appearance in the decisive match was in the 2014/15 campaign.
