– Zira are going through a very strong period. They were better than us. We couldn’t create goal-scoring opportunities during the game. So, in my opinion, the result was fair.

– Honestly, I didn’t watch the game. So, I can’t comment on it.
– In the next round, your opponent is Neftchi. You lost to them in the cup match. Do you see this game as a chance for revenge? Neftchi is also out of the European competition race. Do you think they’ll be frustrated?
– Every game is different. Yes, we lost to them in the cup. But we’ve already beaten them twice in the league. We’ll play for the win again this time.
– Kapaz could secure its place in the Premier League next round. If Kapaz beats Neftchi and Sabail loses to Shamakhi, your team will officially stay in the top league. Do you think that will happen this round?
– To be honest, we’re only focused on our own game. Of course, we must win, and we’re working toward that. The only thing that matters is us. We’re already preparing and will do our best to win.
– With a new sponsor coming in next season, Kapaz is expected to be more ambitious. Your new stadium will also be ready. If the team starts competing for European cups and becomes more ambitious, would you like to stay at Kapaz?
– Right now, I’m only focused on our performance this season. I really want Kapaz to remain in the Premier League. The future doesn’t matter for now – what’s important is today. We’ll see what happens later.
– This round, Qarabag officially became champions. That probably wasn’t a surprise to you. What are your thoughts on Qarabag in general? Why do you think they are so strong?
– Everyone knows that Qarabag is the strongest team in the Premier League. They have excellent players and are financially better off than the other teams. It’s genuinely not easy to play against them.
