As Idman.biz reports, the functionary, who will celebrate his 41st birthday on December 8, is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sports Club.
His deputy here is Sadyg Sadygov, who is considered the most successful president in the history of Neftchi PFK. It was during his time that Black and Whites won championships and wrote history as the first Azerbaijani club to be placed in a group in the European League.
Zeynalov joined the Supervisory Board of Neftchi PFK on November 22, 2022. The functionary who has been in the council since that time became the chairman about 19 months later.
