The new head coach of Karvan-Yevlakh has been decided.
Idman.Biz, citing Futbolinfo.az, reports that the regional club will hand the role to Fuzuli Mammadov.
Although Karvan-Yevlakh has not yet officially announced the departure of Azer Hasimov, who resigned yesterday, Mammadov’s appointment is confirmed. Both parties have finalized negotiations and agreed on all terms.
Fuzuli Mammadov will aim to keep the team in the Premier League for the remainder of the season. The bottom-placed Karvan-Yevlakh is expected to strengthen its squad during the winter break.
Mammadov previously had a short stint as head coach of Neftçi and worked with Azerbaijan’s U-15 and U-16 national teams. His last position was with Mingachevir, whom he kept in the First League last season.
Both Hasimov’s resignation and Mammadov’s appointment will be officially announced soon.

Another resignation has occurred in the Misli Premier League.
Idman.Biz, citing bizim.media, reports that following a 1–2 home defeat to Kapaz in the 12th round, Karvan-Yevlakh, who dropped to the last position, has parted ways with their head coach.

The coach, Azar Hashimov, was not forgiven for the team collecting only 5 points in 12 games.
Appointed at the start of the season, the head coach of the elite division debutant was held primarily responsible for the poor results and dismissed.
The club is expected to officially announce the separation today, with the name of the new head coach likely to be revealed within the day.
