The European Team Chess Championship continues in Budva, Montenegro.
Idman.biz reports that within the 5th round of the competition, the Azerbaijan national team consisting of men's chess players faced Montenegro, and the women's team faced Germany.
The national player of Azerbaijan Teymur Rajabov went to the game against the home team. The team won without difficulty and the chess players defeated the opponent on two boards.
The women's team met with the next competitor in the leader's group. Although, the team, which played a draw with France yesterday, did not lose points this time. With 4 wins and 1 draw in 5 rounds, the team is ranked 2nd.
