The Azerbaijan national youth boxing teams, consisting of boys and girls, have started a training camp.
The preparation is taking place at the Baku Boxing Center, Idman.biz reports.
The camp includes the strongest athletes from across the country. The training sessions mainly focus on tactical and technical preparation.
The boys’ national team, coached by Vagif Kazimov, will train in the capital until August 15. Afterward, the team will travel abroad for the next stage of the camp. Meanwhile, the girls’ national team, led by head coach Ilkin Agayev, will continue training in Baku.
The camp is part of the preparation for the 3rd CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan.
