She said that he got revenge for his defeat in the European Championship in the fight in the capital: "On the way to the final, I faced the Italian Olena Savchuk. We knew her before. We met at the European Championship in Budva in 2022 and I lost. From this point of view, this match was a pleasant rematch for me. True, the match was difficult. I had psychological stress because Savchuk defeated me before. But everything turned out as I wanted. I managed to defeat him in my homeland."
She said that the gold medal match was tense: "I fought with an Uzbek boxer in the final. I defeated her with a score of 4:1 and won the gold medal and sang the Azerbaijani national anthem. The European Championship awaits us ahead. I am preparing for this competition with all my strength. I believe that I will be the champion in the continental championship."
