Members of the Azerbaijan national boxing team continue their campaign at the European Championships for seniors in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Subhan Mamedov (50 kg) and Nabi Isgandarov (70 kg) have advanced to the finals.
Mamedov will face Russia's Bair Batlayev in the gold-medal bout today. Isgandarov will meet Russian boxer Sergey Koldenkov in the final on September 25.
Saidjamshid Jafarov (75 kg) has also reached the semifinals and has already secured at least a bronze medal. He will face England's Callum Makin today for a place in the final.
The European Championships will conclude on September 25.
