"We have prepared for the World Championship at a very high level. We had a very good training camp in Antalya."
Idman.biz informs that this was said by Tamkin Khalilzada, a member of the Azerbaijan national team, who is going to the Mini-Football World Championship to be held in the UAE.
He said that this type of sport is a new adventure for him and he will do his best for the successful performance of the team: "Minifootball is a new page for me. It is very interesting and a different atmosphere in the Champions League. This is a different race. I am always ready to do my best wherever the name of Azerbaijan is mentioned. I don't know much about the opponents in the World Championship. But we are going to the tournament as European champions. We will try to prove that our European Championship is not a coincidence. Our first goal is to get out of the group. Later, we will try to properly represent our country as far as we can."
The former player of the Azerbaijan national team thinks that the transition from big football to mini football will not be difficult for him: "I played big football for 10 years. The systems were completely different. This does not cause any difficulty for me. I played mini-football when I was in senior football. Here, 1 mistake really solves everything in the blink of an eye. Special emphasis is placed on standard situations. It's very interesting for me."
It should be noted that in the Azerbaijan World Cup, Azerbaijani team is in Group G with Egypt, Kuwait and Iraq.
