The committee discussed what happened in the Turan Tovuz - Azeri (Ganja) match held in the AFFA U-13 League. In the 15th minute of the game, the head coach of the Ganja team insulted the head referee, humiliated his honor and dignity, and tried to hit him, so the game was stopped. Besides punishing the head coach, AFFA gave Azeri a 0:3 technical defeat.
