Neftchi adds a new striker to its team.
Idman.biz reports that the Baku club will sign a contract with Serbian forward Milan Pavkov.
The footballer, who terminated his contract with the Saudi Arabian club Al-Fayha, will join the "black and whites" as a free agent. The Serbian press said that he will wear the jersey of Neftchi until the end of the season.
Pavkov became known for his performance in Srvena Zvezda. He proved himself in Europe by scoring two goals against Liverpool in the Champions League.
Pavkov also played for Vojvodina and Radnički before joining the Belgrade club.
It should be noted that the striker, who moved to the Saudi Arabian club in 2022, scored 1 goal in 23 matches of the last season, and got a chance in only 3 games in the current championship.
