Idman.biz reports that the clubs will start registering football player passes from today.
The winter transfer window will last 29 days. The deadline for Azerbaijani teams to formalize the transitions is February 8. The transfer window will last until 23:59 on that day.
It should be noted that the summer transfer window of the 2023/24 season was from June 15 to September 5, 2023.
