Barcelona are reportedly considering transfer offers for Spain international Fermín López, with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain showing strong interest in the 23-year-old attacking midfielder.
As reported by İdman.Biz, citing CaughtOffside, the Catalan club have no immediate plans to part ways with the player but could be persuaded to negotiate a deal worth around €100 million.
PSG are reportedly preparing a formal bid, while Chelsea remain interested in securing the midfielder's services. Both clubs are monitoring his situation despite Barcelona's determination to retain one of their most promising homegrown talents.
López previously rejected the opportunity to join Chelsea in the summer of 2025, choosing instead to continue his career at Camp Nou. He subsequently signed a new contract in February 2026, extending his commitment to Barcelona until June 2031.
The midfielder has been part of Barcelona's first team since 2023, establishing himself as an important attacking option thanks to his energetic performances, versatility and ability to contribute goals from midfield.
During his time with the senior squad, López has made 148 appearances, scoring 37 goals and providing 32 assists.
His estimated market value currently stands at €110 million, according to Transfermarkt, highlighting his growing reputation as one of Spanish football's most valuable young midfielders.
Although Barcelona remain keen to build their future around emerging talents, the club's ongoing financial challenges could make a substantial offer difficult to ignore. However, with López tied to a long-term contract, any potential transfer would require significant negotiations.
