Azerbaijan takes third place at U-15 European Weightlifting Championship - PHOTO

The European Weightlifting Championship among U-15 and youth athletes has concluded in Madrid, Spain.

The Azerbaijani national team, consisting of athletes under the age of 15, finished third in the team standings, Idman.biz reports.

Thanks to the 3 gold and 4 silver medals won by Musab Mammadtaghiyev, Latif Aliyev, and Muhammadali Mammadzada, our team outperformed strong contenders like Spain, Poland, and Bulgaria.
