Jalil Jafarov, advisor to the president of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) and a member of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) Board of Administration, took part in an international tournament as a CEV official.
Jafarov was present at the U16 Girls' European Championship finals held in Albania, where he evaluated the performance of referees and the supervisor, Idman.biz reports.
He also participated in the awards ceremony, presenting the trophy to the tournament’s best player and the champion team.
Poland won the tournament, with Turkiye finishing second and Italy taking third place.
