The team events at the Azerbaijan Table Tennis Championship have officially wrapped up.
The competition took place at the Shua Sports Complex, featuring athletes born between 2006–2009, as well as players born in 2010 and younger, Idman.biz reports.
After intense and exciting battles, Sumqayit-1 clinched first place in the U19 girls’ category, followed by Baku-1 in second, and Shabran and Sumgayit-2 sharing third place.
In the U19 boys’ division, Baku-1 claimed the top prize, with Sumgayit finishing second, and Shabran and Baku-2 taking third.
For the U15 girls, Sumqayit-1 emerged victorious, Baku-1 secured second, and Sumqayit-2 and Sumqayit-3 shared third place.
In the U15 boys’ competition, Shabran took the crown, followed by Baku-1 in second, and Sumgayit-1 and Sumqayit-2 in third.
