The second meeting of the Organizing Committee for the 3rd CIS Games was held today under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov.
The event included presentations by the Baku City Circuit Operations Company, operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, regarding preparations for the Games, Idman.biz reports.
The committee reviewed detailed reports on several key areas, including athlete and delegation registration, airport welcome and departure logistics, as well as the organization of transport services during the opening and closing ceremonies and competition days.
Updates were also provided on supply and logistics planning, administrative coordination, staffing, the volunteer program, media services and communications, sports operations, venue preparation, and security measures.
