The World Karate Federation (WKF) has announced the preliminary figures for the final stage of the Premier League to be held in Rabat, Morocco, with the participation of the Azerbaijani team.
The competition will feature 383 athletes from 67 countries, Idman.biz reports.
The Azerbaijani team will be represented by four athletes: three-time world champion Irina Zaretska (68 kg), Nuran Rzazade (67 kg), Farid Agayev, and Rashid Suleymanov (both 75 kg).
The tournament, to be held in Rabat from May 30 to June 1, will determine the Grand Winner titleholders in all categories.
