In the Azerbaijan Futsal Higher League, Neftchi, which finished last season in third place, has made changes to its squad during the summer transfer window.
The Azerbaijan Futsal Federation released the information, Idman.biz reports.
The black-and-whites replaced head coach Ilkin Hajiyev with Fuad Rzayev and parted ways with Namig Mammadkarimov, Eldar Zeynalov, Mirza Amirov, Adil Ismayilov, Zaur Hasanov, Khatai Baghirov, Isa Atayev, and Seymur Mammadov.
In their place, Nihat Ismayilov, Kamran Hajiyev, and Tofiq Aliyev were recruited from Baku Fire. Alongside local futsal players, the capital club has also continued its search for foreign players, reaching agreements with Dias Ramos Lucas and Senciel Miolli Alex.
Several more players are expected to join the team in the coming days.
