Idman.biz, citing Sport24.az, reports that after parting ways with Cemal Bulbul during the off-season, the "Neftchi" have once again agreed with a Turkish specialist.
Tolga Sanbay has been appointed as the new coordinator of the "Neftchi" academy.
The 45-year-old Sanbay has worked as a coordinator at clubs such as Altinordu, Kayserispor, and BB Erzurumspor during his career.
