Rustam Ahmadzada, who spent last season on loan at Zira, may leave Qarabag.
Idman.biz, citing Sportal.az, reports that the 24-year-old midfielder is not part of head coach Gurban Gurbanov’s plans and is expected to depart the club.
Ahmadzada may be loaned out, but Qarabag could also allow him to leave as a free agent if a serious offer comes in.
The Azerbaijan international has attracted interest from several Azerbaijan Premier League clubs, and a move to Poland is also a possibility.
Ahmadzada is currently weighing his options before deciding where to start the new season. His contract with Qarabag runs until June 30, 2026. Throughout his career, he has played for Zirka, Podillya, and Minaj.
