Idman.biz reports that Emin Mahmudov, the footballer of the Azerbaijan national team, said this at the press conference held before the match against Bulgaria within the framework of the "FIFA Series - Edition 2024" project.
He said that tomorrow will be an interesting match: "I have worked with both local and foreign head coaches in the national team. I don't want to say anything about the coaches. I have a good relationship with each of them. We will do our best to win tomorrow's match."
Mahmudov also expressed his opinion about the possibility of our national team repeating what the Georgian and Kazakh national teams did in the current season: "It is a rather difficult question. We were in the same group as Kazakhstan national team. Although we could not win the game, we had many chances to win. I cannot say that the national team of Kazakhstan did it due to luck. We will try to repeat it in the near future."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan national team will face Bulgaria on March 25. The meeting will be held at 20:00 at Tofig Bahramov Stadium.
