A mass brawl broke out on the field after the final whistle of the Bolivia Cup quarterfinal match between "Real Oruro" and "Blooming."
According to Idman.Biz, the referee in charge of the game showed a total of 17 red cards to players from both teams as a result.
The incident occurred after the match ended in a 2-2 draw. Based on the aggregate score of the two legs (4-3), "Blooming" advanced to the semifinals.
Coaching staff from both clubs also took part in the brawl. Police officers had to use tear gas to control the situation.
Of the red cards issued, seven went to "Blooming" players, four to "Real Oruro" players, and the remaining cards were shown to members of both teams’ coaching and technical staff.
