With the support of the President’s Special Representative and organized by AFFA, a festive football event was held in Jabrayil, as well as the districts of Gubadli and Zangilan, to mark the 5th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s glorious victory in the liberated city of Jabrayil.
According to Idman.Biz, citing AFFA’s official website, the festival took place on the football field of the Mehdi Mehdizadeh Secondary School in Jabrayil.
More than 20 children participated, enjoying football games and spending time in a joyful and festive atmosphere.
At the end of the event, AFFA presented footballs to the children. The gifts were handed over by Anar Akbarov, Senior Advisor to the President’s Special Representative in Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan; Farrukh Ismayilov, Head of AFFA’s Mass Football Department and a veteran footballer; and Shalala Gasimli, Director of Mehdi Mehdizadeh Secondary School in Jabrayil.
