“Jabrayil” club president Shahin Mammadov has denied media reports claiming that the team’s head coach was dismissed, Idman.Biz reports.
“First of all, Bakhtiyar Sultanov was never the head coach of our club. I only invited him, as a close friend, to assist the coaching staff. Secondly, the head coach of our club is Sabuhi Gasanov, and I have never dismissed him — even though I am completely dissatisfied with the team’s current results. And finally, I have a request to all media colleagues: please check with our coaching staff before publishing such news,” Mammadov stated.
