The leadership of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) held a meeting with media representatives on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the National Press.
Idman.biz reports that AVF President Shahin Baghirov, Vice President Faig Garayev, Secretary General Faig Orujov, and members of the media participated in the event.
Baghirov congratulated the media representatives on the anniversary and highly praised their work throughout the year. He noted the significant role of the media in promoting volleyball and conveying information about the sport to the public, as well as in bringing competitions in the country to the international stage. The federation head also emphasized that their main goals are to develop young players and increase mass participation in the sport.
Faig Garayev also congratulated the media representatives and wished them success in their work.
