Azerbaijan’s national rhythmic gymnastics team is set to participate in the upcoming European Championships, which will kick off on June 4 in Tallinn, Estonia.
The Azerbaijani squad will compete with a full lineup, including both individual and group events, Idman.biz reports.
In the individual competition, Kamilla Seyidzade, Govhar Ibrahimova, and Zohra Jafarova will represent the country.
The senior group team will feature Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Aghalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva, and Sofia Mammadova.
The junior group team will include Nazrin Abdullayeva, Roya Alikishiyeva, Ayan Nasirova, Shems Muvaffagi, and Nazrin Salmanli.
The championship will run through June 8 and is expected to bring together gymnasts from 39 countries, showcasing some of the continent’s top rhythmic talent.
