From September 27 to 29, the World Aerobics Championship will be held in Pesaro, Italy.
As reported by Idman.biz, the Azerbaijani national team will be represented in the competition by 6 athletes who will perform in several types of programs.
The mixed doubles of Vladimir Dolmatov and Medina Mustafayeva will also perform in the world championship together with Dilara Gurbanova as part of the trio. Dilara Gurbanova will participate in the individual competition along with Khadija Guliyeva, Arzu Aghayeva, and Leyla Bejanova.
350 gymnasts from 37 countries will compete in the World Championship. Mixed pairs, trios, groups, and aerial dance teams will also try their hand at qualifying for the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China. According to the classification results, the country that takes the first five places in each competition will be able to participate in it.
