U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed his admiration for legendary footballer Pele’s playing style.
The Brazilian forward played for New York Cosmos in the United States from 1975 to 1977, Idman.biz reports.
Trump recalled Pele with fondness: "Many years ago, when I was young, there was a football player named Pele. He played for Cosmos. I don’t want to reveal my age, but it was a long time ago. I used to go watch him play, and he was fantastic.
It may sound old-fashioned, but I would say Pele was more than magnificent."
