The 2024/2025 season of the AFFA U-13 Girls League has concluded.
The third-place match and the final were held at the FHN Sports Hall, Idman.biz reports.
In the bronze medal match, Sumgayit defeated Quba’s Alekseyevka team 1–0 to finish in third place.
In the final, Sabail faced off against Shafa. Sabail emerged as champions with a 2–0 victory, while Shafa claimed the silver medals.
After the match, the top three teams were awarded medals and diplomas. Individual awards were also presented. Ofelya Shahbazi of Sabail was named Best Player of the Season. Ayan Ashurlu of Shafa was chosen as Best Goalkeeper. Zeynab Jabbarli of Sumgayit, who scored 30 goals during the season, won the Top Scorer award.
The awards were presented by AFFA Women’s Football Department head Amina Hasanova, head coach of the Azerbaijan women's national team Siyasat Asgarov, national team goalkeeping coach Ruslan Guliyev, and U-17 women’s national team head coach Nargiz Gurbanova.
