Well-known businessman Emin Agalarov has commented on the Azerbaijani national minifootball team’s world championship victory.
Agalarov, who watched the final match against Hungary live at the National Gymnastics Arena, expressed his pride in the team during an interview with Futbolxeber.az after the game, Idman.biz reports:
"My impressions are magnificent. I am proud of our national minifootball team. Azerbaijan is at the top. We are world champions. I wholeheartedly rejoice in another victory for our country."
Emin Agalarov also responded to a question regarding Azerbaijan’s lack of success in traditional football compared to minifootball:
"There should be no problems in any field. There are aspects that need improvement. God willing, we will achieve victories in all directions."
