“When you lose five matches, it means something is wrong. Changes are necessary — I won’t just watch the team die. If needed, I will take responsibility first. Right now, I don’t feel unity. Everyone is focused only on their own problems. You can’t transplant a heart into anyone — each player must find the spirit, anger, and desire to fight within themselves. It’s not just about doing things, but how you do them. Doing the minimum is one thing, playing for a club with big ambitions is another.
