Vice-president of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, member of the World Wrestling Union (UWW) office Namig Aliyev and UWW vice-president Theodoros Hamakos will speak at the official part of the ceremony.
In the artistic part of the opening ceremony, the Talent show dance group will perform.
It should be noted that 2 wrestlers in each weight will qualify for the Olympics in this competition.
