Chicago Fire defeated Orlando City 2-1 in their latest MLS regular-season match.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Robert Lewandowski scored the decisive goal for Chicago in the 69th minute, converting a penalty to secure all three points for his team.
Orlando City forward Antoine Griezmann also made his mark on the match by providing an assist, but his contribution was not enough to prevent his side from suffering defeat.
The victory took Chicago Fire to 35 points and third place in the Eastern Conference standings. Orlando City remain 10th with 21 points.
Lewandowski's match-winning goal once again underlined the Polish striker's importance to Chicago as the club continues its push near the top of the Eastern Conference.
