Moscow Wushu Stars was held in Russia.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani Wushu players finished the tournament with 9 medals.
Azad Khumbatov (42 kg) in the youth national team, Yusif Azadi (52 kg) in the youth team, and Elchin Eminov (60 kg), the 6-time European champion in the adult team, climbed to the top of the podium.
Huseyn Mahammadov (45 kg), Rugayya Azerpour (52 kg), Fatima Azerpour (65 kg) won silver medals in the competition of juniors. Humbat Mustafayev, Suleyman Kazimli (both 48 kg) and Khayal Ibrahimov (44 kg) were third in the same category.
It should be noted that the tournament was a preparation for the European Championship to be held in Stockholm on May 3-5 and the international tournament to be held in Kazan, Russia on June 14-17.
