The rhythmic gymnastics competitions continue at the Universiade held in Germany’s Rhine-Ruhr region.
According to correspondent of Idman.biz sent to Germany, Azerbaijani gymnast Ilona Zeynalova also competed during the daytime events.
She performed routines with clubs and ribbon. After the clubs routine, Zeynalova is currently in ninth place, and after the ribbon routine, she is in tenth place. These results did not allow her to advance to the finals in those events.
In the all-around competition, she is ranked seventh.
Later, Kamilla Seyidzade will perform with clubs and ribbon. In the evening, the groups will determine the strongest teams in the all-around.
After the first exercise, our team, comprising Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Gullu Aghalarzada, Yelyzaveta Luzan, and Kamilla Aliyeva, holds first place.
