Azerbaijan’s acrobatic gymnastics team is set to compete in the upcoming World Cup in Burgas, Bulgaria.
Idman.biz reports that the national team includes the following pairs and groups:
Mixed pairs: Aghasif Rahimov – Raziya Seyidli, Milana Aliyeva – Sabir Agayev
Men's pair: Murad Rafiyev – Daniel Abbasov
Men’s group: Rasul Seyidli, Riad Safarov, Seymur Jafarov, Abdulla Al-Mashaykhi
Women’s group: Nazrin Zeyniyeva, Anahita Bashirli, Zohra Rashidova
This will be the team’s first international event since their remarkable performance at the European Championships in Luxembourg, where they earned one gold, four silver, and three bronze medals.
The World Cup is scheduled to begin on May 30, with delegations from 11 countries confirmed to participate.
