The European Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics has officially started in Baku.
According to Idman.biz, the first day features individual competitions.
In the women’s all-around, gymnasts perform with hoop and ball. Taisiia Onofriichuk, who competed in both events, has taken the lead, accumulating a total of 57.000 points.
Italian Tara Dragas is in second place with 54.850 points, and Israeli Lian Rona holds the third spot with 54.300 points.
Azerbaijan's Kamilla Seyidzada ranks seventh in the all-around with a score of 51.200.
The top 16 gymnasts will advance to the final.

In the seniors’ all-around qualification, athletes performed routines with the hoop and ball.
After the first events, Italy’s Sofia Raffaeli has taken the lead, scoring 27.900 points in the ribbon routine. Fellow Italian Tara Dragaš follows in second place with 27.600 points, while Ukraine’s Taisiia Onofriichuk holds third with 27.450 points.
Azerbaijani gymnast Kamilla Seyidzade is currently in sixth place after her first event with 26.250 points.
The European Cup has drawn 175 athletes from 25 countries.
