The experienced footballer also highlighted the challenge of playing 90 minutes after a long time: “Although we had scoring opportunities, we couldn’t take full advantage. There was a sense of rush, which is understandable. We are a newly formed team. We will analyze our game and work on our mistakes. Playing on artificial turf and completing 90 minutes after a long break was difficult for me. We wanted to hold our home game in Yevlakh. Our goal is to turn Karvan-Yevlakh into a competitive team. After many years, we have earned a place in the Premier League. We want to maintain our position in the championship. The result naturally raises our ambitions.”
In the first round of the Misli Premier League, Karvan-Yevlakh drew 1–1 with Gabala.
